My name is Rhys, and I am a dedicated private investor with over 20 years of experience in the sports, hospitality, and leisure industries.
My career journey began in professional sports coaching and account management, where I honed my skills in leadership, team development, and building lasting relationships with major stakeholders across the globe.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of what drives success, blending strategy with a genuine passion for empowering people to thrive in their roles. My approach combines vision, integrity, and a focus on sustainable growth, which I believe creates value for everyone involved.
I have been fortunate to build an extensive and varied career that spans multiple industries. After obtaining my degree between 2007 and 2010, I launched into a diverse working experience that has shaped my skills and broadened my perspective.
Primarily, I’ve developed a strong career in account and project management, where I’ve overseen large contracts and collaborations with world-renowned organizations such as UEFA, ICC, UFC, and MTK Global. These projects achieved remarkable results and taught me the value of strategic planning, collaboration, and high-level execution.
Alongside this, I have dedicated 13 years to being a professional football coach, working across grassroots programs, professional academies, and senior football at the National League level. I’ve helped players transition into professional football and led successful teams, gaining invaluable insights into people development, leadership, and resilience.
My time with some of the most successful football clubs has instilled a culture of continuous learning and a commitment to excellence that I carry into every endeavor.
